The 11th season of "Chicago Med" has premiered on October 1, 2025 on NBC and is also streaming on Peacock. Created by Michael Brandt, Derek Haas and Dick Wolf, the show stars Steven Weber, Jessy Schram, Luke Mitchell, Sarah Ramos, Darren Barnet, S. Epatha Merkerson and Oliver Platt, with special appearances by Nick Gehlfuss. The recurring cast includes Masrlyne Barrett, Brennan Brown, Jeremy Shouldis, Lorena Diaz and Marie Tredway.

CHICAGO FIRE Season 8 Trailer, Featurette, Images and Posters

The eighth season of the action drama series "Chicago Fire" has premiered on September 25, 2019 on NBC. Created by "Wanted" scribes Michael Brandt and Derek Haas, and executive produced by Dick Wolf ("Law & Order"), the show follows the story of firefighters in Chicago, both on a personal and professional level.

The cast features Jesse Spencer, Taylor Kinney, Monica Raymund, Yuri Sardarov and Eamonn Walker. A crossover between "Chicago Fire", "Chicago Med", and "Chicago P.D." will happen later in the season.

Mark Wahlberg to Star in Dog Adventure Movie ARTHUR THE KING

Mark Wahlberg is set to star in the true-life canine adventure story "Arthur the King". The film is based on the 2017 non-fiction book "Arthur: The Dog who Crossed the Jungle to Find a Home" by Mikael Lindnord, which tells the true story of a Swedish adventure racer who won the hearts of millions when he and his team adopted Arthur, a badly wounded but big-hearted stray dog who tagged along with them during an epic 435-mile endurance race across Ecuador.

The adaptation is penned by Michael Brandt ("3:10 to Yuma", "Wanted"), who will also serve as executive producer alongside Dorothy Canton ("After"). Mark Canton, Tucker Tooley, Courtney Solomon and Tessa Tooley are on board as producers

Wahlberg will also star in Netflix's upcoming crime drama "Wonderland" from director Peter Berg ("Lone Survivor"), which is based on the novel of the same name by Ace Atkins. He has also completed filming on the drama "Good Joe Bell" in which he stars opposite Connie Britton and Gary Sinise. He is attached to star in "The Six Billion Dollar Man", an adaptation of the popular 1970s TV series of the same name, as well as Antoine Fuqua's sci-fi "Infinite", based on D. Erick Maikranz's novel.

Matthew McConaughey to Star in THE BILLIONAIRE’S VINEGAR

Matthew McConaughey has joined the cast of the drama "The Billionaire's Vinegar". The film is based on Benjamin Wallace's book "The Billionaire's Vinegar: The Mystery of the World’s Most Expensive Bottle of Wine" and it deals with the scandal which resulted from the sale of wine bottles that were assumed to have been owned by Thomas Jefferson, but turned out to be fakes. The screenplay has been written by Michael Brandt and Derek Haas ("3:10 To Yuma"). The film is produced by Todd Black, James Lassiter, Jason Blumenthal, Will Smith and Steve Tisch, who have previously teamed up for "The Pursuit of Happyness" and "Seven Pounds". McConaughey can also be seen in Gus Van Sant's "Sea of Trees" and is currently filming the Civil War drama "Free State of Jones" directed by Gary Ross.

New on DVD & Blu-Ray : THE DOUBLE (2011)

Synopsis: In The Double, the mysterious murder of a US senator bearing the distinctive trademark of the legendary Soviet assassin "Cassius," forces Paul Shepherdson (Richard Gere), a retired CIA operative, to team with rookie FBI agent, Ben Geary (Topher Grace), to solve the crime. Having spent his career chasing Cassius, Shepherdson is convinced his nemesis is long dead, but is pushed to take on the case by his former supervisor, Tom Highland (Martin Sheen). Meanwhile, Agent Geary, who wrote his Master's thesis on Shepherdson's pursuit of the Soviet killer, is certain that Cassius has resurfaced. As Shepherdson and Geary work their way through crimes both past and present, they discover that Cassius may not be the person they always thought him to be, forcing both to re-examine everything and everyone around them.

There is Still Hope For WANTED 2

While the 2008 comic book adaptation "Wanted" was met with a lot of enthusiasm both by critics and audiences alike, it seems that the idea of a sequel wasn't. After a very long period of uncertainty and because of Angelina Jolie turning down the chance to reprise her role from the first film, nobody thought that Universal was going to move forward with the sequel. All it took was one tweet to turn things around and rekindle fanboy hopes : "Michael and I were just hired by Uni to write WANTED 2". This was written by Derek Haas, referring to co-writer Michael Brandt and the message is quite obvious. Both Haas and Brandt wrote the script for the first "Wanted", so it seems Universal doesn't want to break up a winning team. It is unknown at this time if Timur Bekmambetov will return to direct. Haas recently declared that the sequel is "going to take off after the events of what just happened" and the story will "pick up Wesley a few years later and go back in for another round."
