Co-written and directed by Wash Westmoreland ("Still Alice"), the biopic "Colette" stars Keira Knightley as French novelist Sidonie-Gabrielle Colette, who was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1948. Dominic West, Eleanor Tomlinson, Fiona Shaw , Aiysha Hart, Denise Gough, Robert Pugh and Rebecca Root co-star.
"Colette" premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and opened in select theaters on September 21, 2018 in the U.S. The critical reception was mostly positive. The film will be released in the U.K. on January 25, 2019.
