The third and final season of the drama series "Vida" has premiered on April 26, 2020 on Starz. Created by Tanya Saracho, the series is based on Richard Villegas Jr's short story "Pour Vida" and it stars Melissa Barrera and Mishel Prada as two estranged Mexican-American sisters from the Eastside of Los Angeles who are forced by circumstances to return to their old neighborhood, where they are confronted by the past and shocking truths.

The second season of the drama series "Vida" has premiered on May 23, 2019 on Starz. Created by Tanya Saracho, the show follows two estranged Mexican-American sisters, played by Melissa Barrera and Mishel Prada, who are forced by circumstances to return to their old neighborhood, where they are confronted by the past and surprising truth about their mother's identity. The cast also includes Ser Anzoategui, Chelsea Rendon, Carlos Miranda and Maria Elena Laas. Roberta Colindrez and Adrian Gonzalez have been added to the new season's cast.

"Vida" is a half-hour drama series created by Tanya Saracho ("How to Get Away With Murder", "Looking") based on the short story "Pour Vida" by Richard Villegas Jr.. The series follows the life of two Mexican-American sisters, Emma (Mishel Prada) and Lyn (Melissa Barrera), who return to the Eastside of Los Angeles after the death of their mother, where they must deal with the family business and discover secrets about their mother.

The cast also features Carlos Miranda, Maria-Elena Laas, Chelsea Rendon, Ser Anzoategui and Ramses Jimenez.

"Vida" premiered on May 6, 2018 on Starz and received positive reviews from critics.
