The second season of the drama series "Vida" has premiered on May 23, 2019 on Starz. Created by Tanya Saracho, the show follows two estranged Mexican-American sisters, played by Melissa Barrera and Mishel Prada, who are forced by circumstances to return to their old neighborhood, where they are confronted by the past and surprising truth about their mother's identity. The cast also includes Ser Anzoategui, Chelsea Rendon, Carlos Miranda and Maria Elena Laas. Roberta Colindrez and Adrian Gonzalez have been added to the new season's cast.
