"The Occupant" is a sci-fi thriller directed by Hugo Keijzer from a script he co-wrote alongside Philip Michael Howe, Roelof Jan Minneboo and Xiao Tang. The film stars Ella Balinska, Rob Delaney, Stuart Graham, Sheena Kelly, Vanessa Ifediora, George Lasha and Armin Karima. On August 8, 2025 it was released both in select theaters and on streaming platforms.

• The British biographical coming-of-age dramedy "I Swear" starring Robert Aramayo, Maxine Peake, Shirley Henderson and Peter Mullan. The film is directed by BAFTA nominated filmmaker Kirk Jones ("Waking Ned", "Nanny McPhee").
• The sci-fi survival thriller "The Occupant" starring Ella Balinska (2019 "Charlie's Angels" remake)
• The gory horror film "Pig Hill" directed by Kevin Lewis best known for "Willy's Wonderland". The film stars Rainey Qualley ("Shut In"), Shane West ("Salem") & Shiloh Fernandez ("Evil Dead").
