Randy And The Mob 2007 New On Bluray

Product Description: Good ol' boy Randy Pearson (Ray McKinnon), can't seem to help getting in over his head, and so he borrows from the Mob. When he can't pay, his only hope is a helping hand from his long-suffering wife (Golden Globe Nominee Lisa Blount, An Officer and a Gentleman); his estranged, gay, twin brother (also played by McKinnon), and "Tino Armani" (The Shield's Walton Goggins), a mysterious modern day prophet with a knack for high fashion, Italian cooking and making money appear - and disappear.

Freshly scanned in 4K from the original film materials, this hilariously quirky mafia comedy makes its global blu-ray debut.

This special edition release also includes the Academy Award-Winning, The Accountant, in which a hard-pressed farmer brings in a mysterious accountant with a knack for numbers and a love of beer - and the fate of the family farm on the line. 2001 Academy Award Winner for Best Short Film, this 40 minute feature stars Ray McKinnon (O Brother Where Art Thou, Deadwood, Blindside) and Walton Goggins (White Lotus, The Righteous Gemstones, Justified, Fallout, Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight), who also produced.

White Collar Series Cast Image

Fans of "White Collar" will rejoice to hear that a reboot is currently in the works. Series creator Jeff Eastin has officially confirmed that an updated version of the procedural show is currently in the works: "We’re gonna reboot. I’m writing the script.". Eastin appeared at Variety's TV Fest panel alongside stars Matt Bomer, Tim DeKay and Tiffani Thiessen.

DeKay also added: "It's a fantastic script and it answers all the questions that one would have if you watch the show, and it would introduce the show to those who haven't seen it as well. Both edges of the sword are honed.".

The reboot also is expected to honor the late Willie Garson, who played Mozzie in the original series. Garson died in 2021 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. DeKay said the following about the built-in tribute: "With such sensitivity and such heart, I told Jeff after I finished it, I literally was so excited, but at the same time had tears in my eyes — for good reason. You captured the suspense, the thrill, the characters and the love in that reboot."

Eastin also pointed out that the original show was left open-ended: "If you get to the finale, with Neal [Bomer] walking in Paris, that was always the setup. I always left it open, and as the years passed, it seemed more like a distant hope. But say thank you to ‘Suits’ for starting this streaming trend. They were doing great, and got people watching White Collar now on Netflix. That’s doing really, really good. Off of that, it’s like, ‘Hey, let’s do another one."

The new show is rumored to join Hulu, since Disney's 20th Television owns the series. "White Collar" was produced for the NBCU's USA Network from 2009-2014 by Fox TV Studios, which was absorbed into Fox21 and ultimately into 20th TV where the reboot script is now in early development.
