Young Ladies Dont Play Fighting Games Anime Series Trailers Clips Images Posters

"Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games" is a new anime series based on the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eri Ejima, which has been serialized in Monthly Comic Flapper since January 2020, with nine volumes released in Japan to date. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes an official English version. The manga was previously adapted into a live-action web drama in May 2023

The anime is directed by Shota Ihata ("The Saint's Magic Power Is Omnipotent") at Diomedéa, with Wataru Watari ("My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU" novel author) writing the series composition, Mayuko Matsumoto ("Parallel World Pharmacy") drawing the character designs and Kana Hashiguchi ("Magic Maker: How to Make Magic in Another World") composing the music. Footage of "Street Fighter 6" will be used as the main game for the series, replacing the manga's fictional fighting game "Iron Senpai 4".

The opening theme song is "Inochi Mijikashi Tai Suru Otome yo!" ("Life is Short, Fight Each Other, Maidens"), performed by Hanabie, while the ending theme song is "New Game", performed by Halca. The voice cast includes Ikumi Hasegawa, Kana Ichinose, Sayaka Senbongi, Shino Shimoji, Maria Naganawa, Yumiri Hanamori and Yohei Azakami.

"Young Ladies Don't Play Fighting Games" premiered on July 7, 2026 and streams on Crunchyroll.
