The sequel "Goon: Last of the Enforcers" is a follow-up to the 2011 sports comedy "Goon" which starred Seann William Scott as Doug Glatt, a good-natured bouncer who puts his thick skull and iron fists to better use as an enforcer in a semi-professional hockey team in Canada. In the sequel, a badly injured Doug is confronted with the possibility of retirement and urged by his wife (Alison Pill) to get a safer job. But, Doug can't stay away from the blood sport he loves for too long.

Co-written and directed by Jay Baruchel, the film also stars Marc-André Grondin, Liev Schreiber, Wyatt Russell, Kim Coates, Elisha Cuthbert, Callum Keith Rennie and Jonathan Cherry.

"Goon: Last of the Enforcers" opened in select theaters on September 1st, 2017 and received mostly mixed reviews from critics, who complained that the film pretty much rehashes what made the first film work but the effect is greatly diminished this time around.

Fifty Shades of Grey Clip and TV Spots

A new clip and five TV spots have been released for the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie. Based on E.L. James' novel and directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson ("Nowhere Boy"), the film tells the story of the passionate relationship between a tormented billionaire (Jamie Dornan) with a taste for S&M and a literature student (Dakota Johnson). The film reportedly contains 20 minutes of sex scenes, which sounds nice, except the film is 125 minutes long, so that leaves a hell of a long time to fill with cringeworthy dialogue like the one in the clip and TV spots below. The cast also features Eloise Mumford, Jennifer Ehle, Marcia Gay Harden, Rita Ora, Luke Grimes and Callum Keith Rennie.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" opens in theaters on February 14, 2015.

fifty-shades-of-grey-movie-trailer-posters

A new trailer and three posters have been released for the BDSM romance flick "Fifty Shades of Grey". Based on the first of a trilogy of books written by E.L. James, the film tells the story of a student (Dakota Johnson) who becomes involved in an S&M relationship with a tormented billionaire (Jamie Dornan). The new trailer still doesn't give me much hope, but at least it tries to be more twisted than romantic. It's also a neat music video for Beyonce's new single. The film is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson ("Nowhere Boy") and it also stars Eloise Mumford, Jennifer Ehle, Marcia Gay Harden, Rita Ora, Luke Grimes and Callum Keith Rennie.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" opens in theaters on February 14, 2015.
