SANTA CLARITA DIET Season 2 Trailers, Images and Poster

The second season of the horror comedy series "Santa Clarita Diet" premiered today, March 23, 2018, on Netflix. The show follows Sheila and Joel Hammond (Drew Barrymore and Timothy Olyphant), an everyday suburban couple who are faced with an unusual problem when Sheila turns into a zombie and begins to crave human flesh.

In the new season, the Hammonds face new problems as the missing people in Santa Clarita are starting to pile up, while also trying to determine the source of the virus, so they can save humanity. The show also stars Liv Hewson, Skyler Gisondo and Richard T. Jones. Zachary Knighton was added to the cast in a recurring role, while Joel McHale, Maggie Lawson and Gerald McRaney will guest.

Weekend Box-Office Report: X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST, BLENDED

"X-Men: Days of Future Past" was the Memorial Day weekend champion at the box-office with a $90.7 million opening to which it also added $171 million from overseas markets. This is the second-best opening for an X-Men movie, behind "X-Men: The Last Stand" which took in $102 million in its first three days. Meanwhile, last week's No. 1 movie, "Godzilla" dropped 66% from its opening weekend and occupied a distant second place with $31 million. The week's other wide release, the comedy "Blended" starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore opened with a minor $14 million, placing third and becoming one of Sandler's worst openings ever. It's also worst than the previous Sandler-Barrmore team-up, "50 First Dates", which opened to $39.8 million in 2004.

The first trailer and banner poster for the romantic comedy "Blended" have been released. The film stars Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler as two single parents who vow never to see each other again after a disastrous blind date. But when they each sign up separately for a fabulous family vacation with their kids, they are all stuck sharing a suite at a luxurious African safari resort for a week. The film is directed by Frank Coraci ("Click") and also stars Terry Crews.

"Blended" opens on May 23, 2014.
