Product Description: Join your favorite monster family as they embark on a vacation adventure on a luxury monster cruise ship so Drac can finally take a break from handling everyone else's vacation at the hotel. It's smooth sailing for Drac's Pack as the monsters indulge in all of the shipboard fun the cruise has to offer, from monster volleyball to exotic excursions, and catching up on their moon tans. But they hit rocky waters when Mavis realizes that Drac has fallen for the mysterious captain of the ship, Ericka, who hides a dangerous secret that could sink their plans for a dream vacation.

Weekend Box-Office: THE EQUALIZER 2 Edges Out MAMMA MIA: HERE WE GO AGAIN

The box-office was overrun by sequels over the weekend, as eight of the top ten films were either second, third, or fourth installments. The biggest surprise was the Denzel Washington starrer "The Equalizer 2", which opened ahead of "Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again". The latter looked like it could top the charts, but ended up falling short of its optimistic projections. Another film that underperformed is the low-budget horror sequel "Unfriended: Dark Web"

Weekend Box-Office: HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 3 Takes Down ANT-MAN While SKYSCRAPER Struggles

Sony's threequel "Hotel Transylvania 3" confirmed the animated franchise's viability as it topped the weekend box-office, knocking the "Ant-Man" sequel from the top spot. Meanwhile, the new Dwayne Johnson starrer "Skyscraper" struggled in its opening weekend.

In Theaters: SKYSCRAPER, HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 3, DON'T WORRY HE WON'T GET FAR ON FOOT and EIGHTH GRADE

Dwayne Johnson is getting ready for another $100+ million blockbuster at the box-office with his latest towering action thriller "Skyscraper". Critics weren't particularly thrilled about it, but moviegoers seem to enjoy it. Another new release is the animated threequel "Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation". In limited release be sure to check out Gus Van Sant's biopic "Don't Worry He Won't Get Far on Foot" starring Joaquin Phoenix and the teenage drama "Eighth Grade".
