Based on the "Step Up" film franchise, the new original series "Step Up: High Water" premiered on YouTube Red on January 31, 2018. Produced by Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-Tatum, the show's first season will consist of ten episodes and will focus on the students and faculty of High Water, Atlanta's most cutthroat performing arts school.
The cast features Jade Chynoweth, Carlito Olivero, Terrence Green, Kendra Oyesanya, Eric Graise, Marucs Mitchell, Petrice Jones, Lauryn McClain, Faizon Love, Naya Rivera and Ne-Yo.
