Product Description: In the white-knuckle action movie PLANE, pilot Brodie Torrance (Gerard Butler) saves his passengers from a lightning strike by making a risky landing on a war-torn island - only to find that surviving the landing was just the beginning. When most of the passengers are taken hostage by dangerous rebels, the only person Torrance can count on for help is Louis Gaspare (Mike Colter), an accused murderer who was being transported by the FBI. In order to rescue the passengers, Torrance will need Gaspare’s help, and will learn there’s more to Gaspare than meets the eye.

Weekend Box-Office: AVATAR Sequel Leads MLK Frame and Nears $1.9 Billion

James Cameron's "Avatar: The Way of Water" is doing solid business at the Martin Luther King holiday box office and is getting closer to the $2 billion milestone. New releases this week include the action thriller "Plane" starring Gerard Butler, and the remake "House Party". The Tom Hanks starrer "A Man Called Otto" expanded nationwide.

PLANE (2023) - Trailer, Clips, Featurettes, Images and Posters

"Plane" is an action thriller directed by Jean-Francois Richet ("Assault on Precinct 13" remake, "Mesrine: Public Enemy") from a script by Charles Cumming and J.P. Davis. The cast includes Gerard Butler, Mike Colter, Yoson An and Tony Goldwyn. The film opened in theaters on January 13, 2023.
