"The Lodge" is a horror film directed by Veronika Franz & Severin Fiala ("Goodnight Mommy") from a screenplay co-written alongside Sergio Casci ("Katie Morag").

The film follows a young woman (Riley Keough) and her reticent new stepchildren (Jaeden Martell and Lia McHugh) who find themselves isolated in the family's remote winter cabin, locked away to dredge up the mysteries of her dark past and the losses that seem to haunt them all. Richard Armitage, Alicia Silverstone and Katelyn Wells co-star.

"The Lodge" premiered at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and opened in select theaters on February 7, 2020.

GOODNIGHT MOMMY Trailer, Clip, Images and Posters

The Austrian horror film "Goodnight Mommy" begins a limited run in theaters today, and we have the official trailer, a clip, five images and three posters for the movie.

The film stars Lukas Schwarz and Elias Schwarz as nine-year-old twin brothers who move to a new home with their mother (Susanne Wuest) after she has undergone cosmetic surgery. The problem is that the person under the bandages doesn't seem to be someone that the children recognize, leading to an existential struggle for identity and fundamental trust.

Written and directed by Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz, the film received mostly positive reviews, with one critic calling it "One of the year's best and most psychologically disturbing horror films."
