Weekend Box-Office: KUNG FU PANDA 3 Knocks Off THE REVENANT

"Kung Fu Panda 3" knocked "The Revenant" off its throne, although the Leonardo DiCaprio starrer is still holding strong, while the other new wide releases "The Finest Hours" and "Fifty Shades of Black" failed to impress.

This week it's Kung Fu time ! DreamWorks' animated feature "Kung Fu Panda 3" is now in theaters and critics say it's quite good. For grown-ups the choice falls between Disney's fact-based drama "The Finest Hours" about the most daring Coast Guard rescue in history, and the R-rated comedy "Fifty Shades of Black", a Marlon Wayans spoof of "Fifty Shades of Grey". THE FINEST HOURS - 3 Featurettes and 5 Clips

Today we have a batch of three behind-the-scenes featurettes and five clips for Disney's "The Finest Hours" which is now in theaters. The true story of the U.S. Coast Guard's most daring rescue mission didn't make much of an impression on critics. While the technical aspects are dazzling and it does feature impressive performances, the reviews indicate that the film is let down by its manipulative sentimentality and a surprising lack of facts in what should have been a fact-based drama.

Directed by Craig Gillespie ("Million Dollar Arm"), the film stars Chris Pine, Casey Affleck, Ben Foster, Holliday Grainger, John Ortiz, Josh Stewart, Rachel Brosnahan, Graham McTavish and Eric Bana.

Today we have the official trailer, images and posters for Disney's upcoming fact-based drama "The Finest Hours". Directed by Craig Gillespie ("Million Dollar Arm"), the film is based on the true story of the U.S. Coast Guard's most daring rescue mission that took place off the coast of Cape Cod in 1952.
