New on DVD and Blu-ray: June 20, 2017

The new DVD and Blu-ray releases for the week of June 20, 2017 include the sci-fi horror "Life" starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebecca Ferguson and Ryan Reynolds, the comedy "Wilson" starring Woody Harrelson, and the Jackie Chan actioner "Railroad Tigers".

Among the classic/cult films released this week on Blu-ray we have "The Lawnmower Man" Collector's Edition, "Joe Versus the Volcano", 8 Million Ways to Die", an "Airplane" double feature edition and many more.

WILSON (2017) Trailers, Clip, Featurette, Images and Posters

Based on the graphic novel of the same name, the dramedy "Wilson" stars Woody Harrelson as a lonely, neurotic, but always upsettingly honest middle-aged man who reunites with his estranged wife (Laura Dern) and discovers that he has a teenage daughter (Isabella Amara) he has never met.

Directed by Craig Johnson ("The Skeleton Twins"), from a script by Daniel Clowes, the creator of the original graphic novel, the film also stars Judy Greer, Brett Gelman and Mary Lynn Rajskub.

"Wilson" received a limited release in theaters on March 24th, 2017, and its critical reception was mixed to negative.

This week in theaters we have the highly anticipated reboot of Saban's "Power Rangers", the reboot of that old comedy show "CHiPs", and the completely unoriginal sci-fi horror "Life". Not a lot of fresh ideas floating around Hollywood these days. In limited release, maybe check out the R-rated comedy "Wilson" starring Woody Harrelson.

New Trailer and Poster for WILSON Starring Woody Harrelson

A new trailer and poster for the comedy "Wilson" have been released online.

Directed by Craig Johnson ("The Skeleton Twins") and based on the graphic novel by Daniel Clowers, the film stars Woody Harrelson as the titular Wilson, a lonely, neurotic and overly honest middle-aged misanthrope who discovers he has a teenage daughter he has never met and tries to connect with her in his own strange and twisted way. Isabella Amara, Laura Dern, Margo Martindale, Judy Greer and David Warshofsky co-star.

"Wilson" opens in theaters on March 24th.
