New on DVD and Blu-ray: June 20, 2017

The new DVD and Blu-ray releases for the week of June 20, 2017 include the sci-fi horror "Life" starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebecca Ferguson and Ryan Reynolds, the comedy "Wilson" starring Woody Harrelson, and the Jackie Chan actioner "Railroad Tigers".

Among the classic/cult films released this week on Blu-ray we have "The Lawnmower Man" Collector's Edition, "Joe Versus the Volcano", 8 Million Ways to Die", an "Airplane" double feature edition and many more.

In Theaters: UNDERWORLD BLOOD WARS, A MONSTER CALLS, HIDDEN FIGURES, RAILROAD TIGERS

This week in theaters we have two new wide releases, the action sequel "Underworld: Blood Wars" starring Kate Beckinsale and the fantasy drama "A Monster Calls". Also, the Oscar hopeful biopic "Hidden Figures" expands nationwide this weekend. In limited release, Jackie Chan fans should check out the action comedy "Railroad Tigers".

RAILROAD TIGERS Trailer, Clips, Images and Posters

"Railroad Tigers" is an action comedy caper set in 1941 China and it follows a team of freedom fighters led by Jackie Chan who decide to ambush a heavily armed military train filled with desperately needed provisions and end up taking on the entire Japanese army using only their wits.

Written and directed by Ding Sheng ("Police Story: Lockdown"), the film also stars Kai Wang, Jaycee Chan, Zitao Huang, Alan Ng and Darren Wang.

"Railroad Tigers" will begin a limited run in U.S. theaters on January 6th.
