"Project Hail Mary" is a sci-fi adventure film directed by Phil Lord & Christopher Miller ("21 Jump Street", "The LEGO Movie", "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse") and written by Drew Goddard ("Cloverfield", "The Martian") based on the 2021 novel by Andy Weir. The film stars Ryan Gosling, Sandra Huller, James Ortiz and Lionel Boyce. It was released in theaters on March 20, 2026.

"Science teacher Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling) wakes up on a spaceship light years from home with no recollection of who he is or how he got there.
