"Eren the Southpaw" is a new anime series based on the Japanese web manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Kappi. The anime is directed by Toshimasa Suzuki ("RWBY: Ice Queendom") at studios Signal.MD and Production I.G, with series composition by Taku Kishimoto ("BUCCHIGIRI?!"), animation character drafts by Takayuki Goto and music by Pasocom Music Club ("Stardust Telepath").

The opening theme song is "Funkin' Beautiful" performed by ALI feat. ZORN, and the ending theme song is "New Walk" performed by Ima Murasak. The voice cast includes Shoya Chiba, Yumi Uchiyama, Yui Ishikawa, Akira Sekine, Kazuyuki Okitsu, Yurina Amami and Koji Yusa.

"Eren the Southpaw" has premiered on April 8, 2026 and also streams on Crunchyroll.

"As high school reaches its midpoint, Koichi Asakura-who dreams of studying design at art school-has his plans shaken by explosive graffiti on a museum wall. The artist is Eren Yamagishi, a left-handed girl who buried her talent after a past incident. Drawn together by art, Koichi pursues design as Eren returns to painting, but fear, ambition, and old scars threaten their paths."
