Product Description: High school senior Lily and her three best friends live in a world of selfies, emojis, snaps and sexts. "Assassination Nation" is a dark action comedy written and directed by Sam Levinson ("Another Happy Day", "The Wizard of Lies"). The film focuses on the breakdown of a small town community and the ensuing murderous chaos triggered by a malicious data hack that exposes everyone's private lives. Surrounded by madness, a high school senior and her group of friends must fight to survive, while coping with the hack themselves.

The film stars Odessa Young, Hari Nef, Suki Waterhouse, Abra, Colman Domingo, Bill Skarsgard, Bella Thorne, Joel McHale, Anika Noni Rose and Maude Apatow.

"Assassination Nation" premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival and opened in theaters on September 21, 2018. The film received mixed-to-positive reviews from critics. Its box-office prospects aren't looking good, as the film brought in only $420,000 from 1,403 theaters on Friday. Pundits expect a weak $1 million opening weekend.
