"Minions & Monsters" is a new animated comedy produced by Illumination and directed by Pierre Coffin ("Despicable Me") from a script he co-wrote alongside Brian Lynch. This is the third "Minions" movie, and the seventh overall installment in the "Despicable Me" franchise. Coffin also voices the Minions, while the voice cast also includes Trey Parker, Allison Janney, Christoph Waltz, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeff Bridges, Zoey Deutch, Bobby Moynihan and Phil LaMarr. The film opened in theaters on July 1, 2026.

ANOTHER SIMPLE FAVOR (2025) - Movie Trailers, Clips, Featurette, Images and Posters

"Another Simple Favor" is a darkly comic mystery film directed by Paul Feig from a script by Jessica Sharzer and Laeta Kalogridis. The film is a sequel to 2018's "A Simple Favor".

Returning cast members include Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively, Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine and Ian Ho. New cast additions include Michele Morrone, Elena Sofia Ricci, Elizabeth Perkins, Alex Newell and Allison Janney.

The film premiered at the 2025 South by Southwest Festival and premiered on May 1, 2025 on Amazon Prime Video.

Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively Return for A SIMPLE FAVOR 2; Allison Janney Joins Cast

A sequel to the 2018 hit mystery comedy "A Simple Favor" is in the works from Lionsgate and Amazon Studios. Anna Kendrick, Blake Lively and director Paul Feig are all set to return, while Oscar winner Allison Janney has joined the cast.

The first film was based on the 2017 novel of the same name, which told the story of a widowed single mother named Stephanie (Kendrick), a vlogger in Connecticut who looks enviously upon her best friend, Emily (Lively). Emily has a successful career, a loving family and a glamorous lifestyle. However, things turn awry when Emily mysteriously disappears one day, causing Stephanie to launch her own investigation into her friend's past, finding more than a few surprises along the way.

The sequel finds Stephanie and Emily heading to the beautiful island of Capri, Italy, for Emily's extravagant wedding to a rich Italian businessman. Along with the glamorous guests, expect murder and betrayal to RSVP for a wedding with more twists and turns than the road from the Marina Grande to the Capri town square.

Henry Golding, Andrew Rannells, Bashir Salahuddin, Joshua Satine, Ian Ho, Kelly McCormack and Aparna Nancherla will reprise their roles from the previous film. Other newcomers include Elena Sofia Ricci, Michele Morrone, Elizabeth Perkins, Alex Newell, Taylor Ortega and Lorenzo de Moor.

The script, which is based on characters by Darcy Bell, was written by Jessica Sharzer, with revisions by Laeta Kalogridis, Steve Yockey, and Feig.

"A Simple Favor 2" will be available to stream on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

"Palm Royale" is a period comedy limited series created by Abe Sylvia based on the 2018 novel "Mr. & Mrs. American Pie" by Juliet McDaniel. The cast includes Kristen Wiig, Ricky Martin, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Laura Dern, Allison janney, Carol Burnett, Kaia Gerber and Amber Chardae Robinson. The miniseries premiered on March 20, 2024 on Apple TV+.

Allison Janney Joins THE DIPLOMAT Season 2 Cast

Oscar winner Allison Janney ("I, Tonya") has joined the cast of the second season of Netflix's political thriller series "The Diplomat". She will appear in a guest starring role, playing Vice President Grace Penn. The cast also includes Keri Russell in the lead role, Rufus Sewell, David Gyasi, Ali Ahn, Rory Kinnear and Ato Essandoh.

Created by Debora Cahn, "The Diplomat" was one of the streamer's most well received shows when it launched in April 2023. It debuted at number one on the Netflix weekly global top 10 English TV list. It also ranked on the top 10 lists in 87 countries. Russell picked up an Emmy and Golden Globe nomination for the series, while the show itself was nominated for the Golden Globe for best television series – drama. It was renewed for a second season shortly after its premiere.

Cahn also serves as executive producer and showrunner. Russell also executive produces alongside Janice Wiliams, Alex Graves, and Peter Noah.
