BANK OF DAVE 2: THE LOAN RANGER (2025) - Trailer, Images and Posters

"Bank of Dave 2: The Loan Ranger" is a British biographical dramedy directed by Chris Foggin ("Tinsel Town", "Bank of Dave", "This is Christmas") and written by Piers Ashworth ("St. Trinian", "Fishermans Friends", "Blithe Spirit"). The film is a sequel to the 2023 film "Bank of Dave" based on the real-life experiences of Dave Fishwick, a working class Burnley man and self-made millionaire who fought to set up a community bank. The new installment finds Fishwick taking on a new, more dangerous adversary: The Payday Lenders.

The cast includes Rory Kinnear, Chrissy Metz, Rob Delaney, Jo Hartley, Pearce Quigley, Leila Farzad and Dan Fogler. "Bank of Dave 2: The Loan Ranger" was released on Netflix in the UK on January 10, 2025. In the US it was released on March 13, 2026 on digital platforms.

Ann Skelly to Lead KILLING EVE Prequel HONEY

Ann Skelly ("House of Guinness", "The Nevers") is set to lead the BBC's upcoming "Killing Eve" prequel "Honey" created by Sid Gentle ("Killing Eve") and written by Emma Moran. Emme Hoy is also a writer on the series. Moran is the lead writer and executive producer. Toby MacDonald directs the first three episodeds, while Michelle Savill directs episodes 4–6.

The cast also includes Nate Mann ("Masters of the Air") as Kurt Fischer, Jannis Niewöhner ("Napoleon") as Friedrich Bauman, Rory Kinnear ("The Diplomat") as Graham Anderson, Oliver Cudbill as Stefan Weiss, Sonita Henry as Anne Anderson, Victoria Mayer as Ingrid Schimmel, Valentino Dalle Mura as Rolf Muller, July Namir as Kamilla Akhmedova, Julian Niedermeier as Otto Kowalski, Sofia Oxenham as Greta Abstreiter and Daniel Zielinski as Tomas Klein.

Skelly will star as Martha Schmitt, a deep cover agent for MI6 surrounded by enemies and constantly under threat of her cover being blown. Martha tries her hardest to avoid detection by Friedrich (Niewöhner), the new Stasi Head of Counterespionage against British Targets. Martha Scmitt is in fact a younger Carolyn Martens, who was played by Fiona Shaw in "Killing Eve". The BBC has not officially commented on the show's connection to "Kililng Eve".

The show is co-produced by the BBC and German network ZDF. "Honey" was commissioned by Lindsay Salt, Director of BBC Drama, for BBC iPlayer and BBC One, and Frank Seyberth, Head of Coproduction, International Fiction, for ZDF.

"Honey" is developed by Sid Gentle Films, part of BBC Studios, for the BBC and ZDF, in association with Fifth Season, which will distribute the series globally. It is executive produced by Sally Woodward Gentle and Lee Morris for Sid Gentle Films and the producer is Christopher Hall.

MAN UP Trailer and Images

The first trailer and images for the romantic comedy "Man Up" have been released. The film stars Simon Pegg and Lake Bell as a couple on an unconventional blind date. Unconventional, beause she isn't really the one who was supposed to show up for the date. The film is directed by Ben Palmer ("The Inbetweeners") from a script by Tess Morris. Olivia Williams, Ophelia Lovibond, Rory Kinnear, Stephen Campbell Moore, Sharon Horgan, Harriet Walter and Ken Stott also star.

"Man Up" opens in theaters on May 29th in the U.K. after premiering at the Tribeca Film Festival in the U.S. on April 19th.

SPECTRE Set Video and Image

The first video and image from the set of the upcoming James Bond movie "Spectre" have appeared online. The image was released on the James Bond 007 Facebook page and it marks the first day of filming. The video shows Daniel Craig filming a scene on the River Thames in a speed boat with Rory Kinnear. The film is directed by Sam Mendes ("Skyfall") and it also stars Christoph Waltz, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Andrew Scott and Monica Bellucci.

"Spectre" opens in theaters on November 6, 2015.
