"Venom: The Last Dance", the third and final installment in the "Venom" trilogy, was released in theaters on October 25, 2024. The film is written and directed by Kelly Marcel ("Saving Mr. Banks", "Fifty Shades of Grey"), and it stars Tom Hardy, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, Rhys Ifans, Stephen Graham, Peggy Lu, Clark Backo, Alanna Ubach and Andy Serkis.

THE CHANGELING Series Trailer, Featurette, Images and Posters

"The Changeling" is a fantasy horror series created by Kelly Marcel based on the novel of the same name by Victor LaValle. The cast includes LaKeith Stanfield, Adina Porter, Clark Backo, Samuel T. Herring and Jared Abrahamson. The first three episodes premiered on September 8, 2023 on Apple TV+.

Juno Temple Lands Lead Role in VENOM 3

"Ted Lasso" actress Juno Temple is in negotiations to co-star in Sony and Marvel's superhero sequel "Venom 3". Tom Hardy will reprise the titular role, and the film will be directed by series writer Kelly Marcel.

Marcel and Hardy will also produce. The screenplay is written by Marcel from a story she and Hardy wrote. Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, Amy Pascal and Hutch Parker also are producing.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, and it unknown who Temple will be playing. While the first two films are far from being critical darlings, both films earned a combined $1.36 billion at the global box-office.

With Temple's hit Apple series "Ted Lasso" coming to an end, Temple has already joined other projects, including the fifth season of FX's "Fargo"

Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam to Lead FIFTY SHADES OF GREY Adaptation

Universal Pictures has announced that Dakota Johnson ("21 Jump Street") and Charlie Hunnam ("Pacific Rim") have been chosen to star as the lead characters in the adaptation of E.L. James's erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey". The novel is the first in a trilogy of books, one of the fastest-selling book series ever. The film will be directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson ("Nowhere Boy") and the adaptation written by Kelly Marcel ("Terra Nova" TV series). The trilogy follows the relationship of 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey (Hunnam) and college student Anastasia Steele (Steele) and the other two books are titled "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed". If the first film will be a success, I expect that Universal will also adapt the sequel novels, as well. "Fifty Shades of Grey" opens in theaters on August 1, 2014.

"Dakota Johnson will star as Anastasia Steele, the lead female character in Universal Pictures and Focus Features’ highly anticipated film adaptation of “Fifty Shades of Grey,” it was announced today. The announcement about Ms. Johnson’s casting in Fifty Shades of Grey was made today by Ms. James.

Ms. Johnson’s first notable screen role was in the multi-Academy Award-winning 2010 feature The Social Network, on which Mr. De Luca and Mr. Brunetti were producers. Her subsequent movies include the upcoming feature Need for Speed, 21 Jump Street, and Universal Pictures’ The Five-Year Engagement. She also starred as Kate in the Fox Network comedy series Ben and Kate, which aired during the 2012-2013 season. Ms. Johnson is currently shooting the feature film Cymbeline.

Charlie Hunnam will star as Christian Grey, the lead male character in Universal Pictures and Focus Features’ highly anticipated film adaptation of “Fifty Shades of Grey,” it was announced today.

Mr. Hunnam currently stars as a regular on the critically acclaimed FX series Sons of Anarchy. His feature film credits include Pacific Rim, Children of Men, Cold Mountain, and Nicholas Nickleby.

The film, which will be released by Focus Features on August 1, 2014 in North America, is being directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson and produced by Michael De Luca and Dana Brunetti alongside E L James, the author of the #1 bestselling book on which the film is based. The screenplay is by Kelly Marcel. The announcement about Mr. Hunnam’s casting in Fifty Shades of Grey was made today by Ms. James.

“Fifty Shades of Grey” has become a global phenomenon and the trilogy has been translated in 50 languages worldwide since its release. To date, the “Fifty Shades” trilogy has sold over 70 million copies worldwide in e-book and print, making it one of the fastest-selling book series ever.

Universal and Focus acquired the rights to the three books in the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy in March 2012. Focus Features will market and distribute the first film in partnership with Universal.
