Helter Skelter 2012 New On Bluray

Product Description: Top model and fashion idol Lilico (Erika Sawajiri) is used to being the centre of attention - the living epicentre of her own universe and of a multimedia-saturated hyperreality in which everything is airbrushed and color-adjusted to perfection. When she begins to suffer traumatic side effects from her repeated illegal cosmetic surgery sessions, she finds fame comes at a cost, as she is plunged into a nightmarish world where her sense of self-image and identity begins to fracture. This lurid body horror, based on a manga by Kyoko Okazaki and directed by critically acclaimed photographer and filmmaker Mika Ninagawa (Sakuran), is a candy-colored nightmare, presenting both an assault to the senses and to the picture-perfect world of the fashion and advertising.

Charli Xcx Milly Alcock Norman Reedus To Star In Takashi Miikes New Horror Film

"13 Assassins" and "Audition" filmmaker Takashi Miike's upcoming untitled slasher-horror film is rounding out a very interesting cast. Miike directs from a screenplay by Ross Evans ("How to Save a Marriage") and Yumiko Aoyagi ("Orphan Black" Japanese remake) based on Charli and Miike's original idea. Miike's longtime producing partner Misako Saka will produce on his behalf. Charli xcx is producing through her studio365 banner. Also producing are Good World Productions, Yumiko Aoyagi Productions and OLM. Alex Peace-Power will executive-produce.

The Veterans and CAA Media Finance are launching international sales ahead of the European Film Market in Berlin.

Charli xcx can also be seen starring in Daniel Goldhaber's remake of the 1978 cult horror film "Faces of Death", Greg Araki's erotic thriller "I Want Your Sex", Cathy Yan's "The Gallerist", Julia Jackman's period fantasy "100 Nights of Hero", Romain Gavras' satirical action film "Sacrifice" and Pete Ohs' drama "Erupcja".

Alcock can next be seen in DC's "Supergirl", and she recently wrapped filming Daina Oniunas-Pusić's dark comedy "Thumb".
