The Beast 2023 New On Dvd And Bluray

Product Description: By the year 2044, artificial intelligence reigns, and human emotions are a liability that must be surgically removed to produce a more pliant workforce. But this procedure triggers Gabrielle (Léa Seydoux) to experience haunting memories of her past lives, as she encounters different incarnations of her paramour, Louis (George MacKay), first in belle epoque Paris and then in 2014 Los Angeles. As she once more undergoes the pains and pleasures of romance—and rediscovers what it means to be truly alive—Gabrielle awaits the erasure of her humanity with growing fascination and dread. In his most ambitious film yet, visionary director Bertrand Bonello freely adapts Henry James’s novella The Beast in the Jungle into a visually stunning science-fiction labyrinth that is as metaphysically mysterious as it is emotionally powerful. Powered by Seydoux’s heartrending performance, The Beast poignantly imagines the consequences of humankind becoming too afraid to risk the inherent vulnerability of love.

Léa Seydoux To Play Lady Margot in DUNE: PART TWO
Léa Seydoux ("Blue Is the Warmest Colour", "No Time to Die") is in negotiations to star in Warner Bros and Legendary's "Dune: Part Two". The second film will be once again directed by Denis Villeneuve, who will also produce, and co-write alongside Jon Spaihts.

The all-star ensemble includes Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Stellan Skarsgard, Javier Bardem, Dave Bautista and Josh Brolin, who will reprise their roles. New additions include Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV, Florence Pugh as the Emperor's daughter, Princess Irulan, and Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha Harkonnen.

If the deal goes through, Seydoux would play Lady Margot, a long-standing servant of the Bene Gesserit and wife of Count Hasimir Fenring. Although her role in the plot should have started in Part One, it's reasonable to assume she will play an important part in the new installment.

Seydoux recently starred in David Cronenberg's "Crimes of the Future", and Mia Hansen Love's "One Fine Morning".

"Dune: Part Two" will open in theaters on October 20, 2023.

DVD & Blu-ray: FRANCE (2021) Starring Lea Seydoux

Product Description: Léa Seydoux (No Time to Die) brilliantly holds the center of Bruno Dumont’s (Li’l Quinquin) unexpected, unsettling new film France, which starts out as a satire of the contemporary news media before steadily spiraling out into something richer and darker. Never one to shy away from provoking his viewers, Dumont casts Seydoux as France de Meurs, a seemingly unflappable superstar TV journalist whose career, home life, and psychological stability are shaken after she carelessly drives into a young delivery man on a busy Paris street. This accident triggers a series of self-reckonings, as well as a strange romance that proves impossible to shake. A film that teases at redemption while refusing to grant absolution, France is tragicomic and deliciously ambivalent—a very 21st-century treatment of the difficulty of maintaining identity in a corrosive culture.

Viggo Mortensen Kristen Stewart Lea Seydoux In David Cronenbergs New Movie

David Cronenberg's new directorial project "Crimes of the Future" has gathered quite an impressive cast which will be led by Viggo Mortensen, Léa Seydoux and Kristen Stewart are set to lead. Scott Speedman, Welket Bungué, Don McKellar and Lihi Kornowski (Apple TV's "Losing Alice") are also set to star.. Mortensen and Cronenberg have previously worked together on "A History of Violence" and "Eastern Promises".

The film is Cronenberg's first original screenplay since 1999's "EXistenZ", and it's a deep dive into the not-so-distant future where humankind is learning to adapt to its synthetic surroundings. This evolution moves humans beyond their natural state and into a metamorphosis, altering their biological makeup. While some embrace the limitless potential of trans-humanism, others attempt to police it. Either way, "Accelerated Evolution Syndrome" is spreading fast.

The story follows Saul Tenser (Mortensen), a beloved performance artist who has embraced Accelerated Evolution Syndrome, sprouting new and unexpected organs in his body. Along with his partner Caprice, Tenser has turned the removal of these organs into a spectacle for his loyal followers to marvel at in real-time theatre. But with both the government and a strange subculture taking note, Tenser is forced to consider what would be his most shocking performance of all.

Cronenberg will also reunite with producer Robert Lantos, his longtime production designer Carol Spier ("Crash", "Dead Ringers") and three-time Academy Award-winning composer Howard Shore ("A History of Violence").

Spectre Movie Clips

Today we have nine new clips for Sam Mendes' new James Bond film "Spectre". The film is now in theaters, but the critical reception is not quite as stellar as its predecessor's. While "Skyfall" was praised for taking the franchise in a new direction, this sequel is being labeled as a step back for Bond. It's still impressive in terms of set pieces, but disappointing when it comes to plot and character development. Some have even called it the worst Bond film in years.

The film stars Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux, Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Stephanie Sigman, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, and Andrew Scott.

James Bond Spectre Final Trailer and Music Video

The final trailer for Sam Mendes' new James Bond film "Spectre" has been released online along with a music video for Sam Smith's theme song "Writing’s on the Wall". Whatever feelings you might have regarding the song (I for one think it could have been much better with a different performer), the video does tease some new footage, and is in fact quite good in highlighting the film's tone.

The film stars Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux, Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Stephanie Sigman, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, and Andrew Scott.

"Spectre" opens in theaters on November 6th.

Spectre action featurette, theme song and new posters

Today you can watch a new featurette for Sam Mendes' upcoming James Bond sequel "Spectre", listen to the new theme song and feast your eyes on four new posters. Well, I wish I could say there's some exceptional stuff here, but honestly, apart from the featurette, everything else is pretty average.

The song, "Writing’s on the Wall" performed by Sam Smith is a bit of a disappointment, especially after the huge success of Adele's "Skyfall". Some have even declared it among the worst of the Bond theme songs. If you do enjoy it, however, you can buy the song from iTunes. The posters are also a bit disappointing as they reveal some workmanlike Photoshopping that doesn't really inspire a compulsive need to go see this movie.

The film stars Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux, Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Stephanie Sigman, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, and Andrew Scott.

"Spectre" opens in theaters on November 6th.

Spectre Bond Women Featurette Lea Seydoux and Monica Bellucci

Today we have a new behind-the-scenes featurette and images for the upcoming James Bond film "Spectre". The video highlights two of the Bond women in the film played by Monica Bellucci and Léa Seydoux.

Director Sam Mendes recently discussed the sequel in an interview and spoke a bit about how this new installment deepens Bond's origin story:
"The Bond creation myth never happened. I felt there was an opportunity there: What made him? And who were the people who affected him along the way? You’re sort of telling the story backwards of how Bond became Bond. A lot of the film is a celebration of what it is to be Bond, but it’s not retro. Hopefully it’s not just classic Bond but a classic thriller."
The film also stars Daniel Craig, Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Stephanie Sigman, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, and Andrew Scott.

"Spectre" opens in theaters on November 6th.

Spectre Extended TV Spot

The first TV spot for the upcoming James Bond movie "Spectre" has been released. The clip offers little in terms of plot, but includes the first look at some of the film's action set pieces, including the famous Rome car chase, which you can also learn more about by watching a featurette about the film's supercars after the jump. The story finds Bond (Daniel Craig) in a battle against the sinister organization called SPECTRE (SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion) which seems to be tied to his past in some way. Directed by Sam Mendes ("Skyfall"), the film also stars Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, Andrew Scott, and Monica Bellucci.

"Spectre" opens in theaters on November 6th.

james-bond-spectre-teaser-trailer-images

The first teaser trailer and a batch of new images for the new James Bond movie "Spectre" have been released. In this new sequel, Bond (Daniel Craig) goes up against a sinister organization called SPECTRE (SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion). The new images focus on the Mexico City shoot and they include a picture of Stephanie Sigman, the latest addition to the cast. Also, the film's unit publicist Heather Callow described the opening sequence that takes place in Mexico for Collider. Here's what she had to say:
"This is the opening chase sequence of our film. It starts with Bond and Estrella, who are walking down this Day of the Dead parade. Estrella is played by Stephanie Sigman, who is a Mexican actress. They’re kind of weaving their way through this Day of the Dead parade, they make their way into a hotel—we’ve also shot here once before in The Living Daylights.

They’re going up to Estrella’s room, Estrella thinks she might be bringing Bond to bed but instead he’s looking out the view of her window. He sees two baddies across the way having a conversation, and he stops something really bad from happening, kills one of the guys, the other guy goes running, Bond jumps out of the window and there’s a bit of a chase, he causes a building to explode and they both end up—boom—on the ground, and the foot chase starts.

The baddie’s character is called Skiara, who’s played by Alessandro Cremona, he’s an Italian actor. What we’ve been shooting over the past couple of days is Bond chasing Skiara slowly making their way through the Day of the Dead parade. As the running Skiara is on his mobile phone he’s calling for backup, cue the helicopter coming down the street. Helicopter lands, it’s full of a couple of other baddies. Skiara jumps on, Bond follows, pulls off one of the baddies, Bond jumps on the helicopter, helicopter goes up, and they start to have this fight in the helicopter.

The helicopter is piloted by a guy called Chuck Aaron, who is a stunt pilot. He’s the only person who’s insured to do 360 flips in this helicopter in the world, so we’re doing a bit of the stunts here but kind of the bigger helicopter stuff is happening 10 hours outside the city at a lower altitude.

We’ve got 1500 extras here today. They all kind of file in at 4:30 in the morning to this big convention center. They have their hair and makeup done which takes anywhere from one and a half hours to two and a half hours."
The film is directed by Sam Mendes ("Skyfall") and it also stars Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, Andrew Scott, and Monica Bellucci.

"Spectre" opens in theaters on November 6th.

Check out the trailer and images after the jump.

The film is directed by Sam Mendes ("Skyfall") and it also stars Christoph Waltz, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw, Lea Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Rory Kinnear, Andrew Scott, Stephanie Sigman and Monica Bellucci.
