"The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" is a fantasy series created by Patrick McKay and John D. Payne, based on the novel "The Lord of the Rings" and its appendices by J.R.R. Tolkien. The cast includes Cynthia Addai-Robinson, Robert Aramayo, Owain Arthur, Maxim Baldry, Nazanin Boniadi, Morfydd Clark, Ismael Cruz Cordova, Charles Edwards and Lenny Henry. The show premiered on September 2, 2022 on Amazon Prime Video. A second season is expected to begin filming in October 2022.

HOTEL MUMBAI Trailers, Clips, Featurettes, Images and Posters

"Hotel Mumbai" is an action thriller directed by Anthony Maras from a script he co-wrote alongside John Collee ("Master & Commander"). The film is based on the Mumbai terrorist attacks in 2008 that targeted the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, and it focuses on the efforts of the dedicated hotel staff that risked their lives to protect their guests. The cast features Dev Patel, Anupam Kher, Armie Hammer, Nazanin Boniadi, Jason Isaacs and Tilda Cobham-Hervey.

"Hotel Mumbai" premiered at the 2018 Toronto International Film Festival and opened in theaters in Australia on March 14, 2019, and in the U.S. in select theaters on March 22, 2019. It is set for release in India on March 29th.

COUNTERPART Season 2 Trailers, Promos, Images and Poster

The second season of the critically acclaimed sci-fi series "Counterpart" is set to premiere tonight, December 9, 2018 on Starz at 9p. Created by "The Jungle Book" and "Top Gun: Maverick" scribe Justin Marks, the show follows Howard Silk (J.K. Simmon), a low-level employee at the Office of Interchange, a United Nations agency based in Berlin, who discovers the agency he works for is hiding a gateway to a parallel dimension that's in Cold War with our own, and where his other self is a top spy.

The second season finds Howard Silk aka Howard Alpha stuck in Echo, a black site, while Howard Prime is in our world working at the Office of Interchange and taking care of Howard's wife, Emily (Olivia Williams). The show also stars Harry Lloyd, Nazanin Boniadi, Sara Serraiocco, Ulrich Thomsen and Betty Gabriel.

The new sci-fi series "Counterpart" premieres tonight, January 21, 2018, on Starz at 8p. Created by Justin Marks, The show stars J.K. Simmons as a lowly cog in a bureaucratic UN agency who stumbles upon the secret existence of a parallel dimension, and his own "counterpart" on the other side.

The first two episodes were directed by Morten Tyldum ("The Imitation Game"). The cast also includes Olivia Williams, Nazanin Boniadi, Ulrich Thomsen, Sara Serraiocco, Jamie Bamber, Harry Lloyd, Nicholas Pinnock and Mido Hamada.

A new trailer, featurette and poster for the new "Ben-Hur" adaptation have been released online. The behind-the-scenes video offers a look at the film's most important set piece, the chariot race.

The new version of Lew Wallace's classic novel is directed by Timur Bekmambetov ("Wanted", "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter") and it stars Jack Huston, Toby Kebbell, Nazanin Boniadi, Morgan Freeman, Rodrigo Santoro, Ayelet Zurer and Sofia Black D'Elia.

BEN-HUR (2016) Trailer, Images and Poster

MGM and Paramount Pictures have released the first trailer, images and poster for their upcoming epic "Ben-Hur".

Although many consider this new film to be a remake, it's actually a new adaptation of Lew Wallace's classic novel. Directed by Timur Bekmambetov ("Wanted", "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter"), the film stars Jack Huston as Judah Ben-Hur, a Jewish nobleman wrongly accused of treason by his brother Messala (Toby Kebbell) who is stripped of his title, separated from his family and the woman he loves (Nazanin Boniadi), and forced into slavery. The cast also includes Morgan Freeman, Rodrigo Santoro, Ayelet Zurer and Sofia Black D'Elia.

"Ben-Hur" opens in theaters on August 12th.

DESERT DANCER Trailer, Images and 5 Posters

The first trailer, images and five posters have been released for the true story drama "Desert Dancer". The film tells the story of Afshin Ghaffarian (Reece Ritchie), a young man who forms an underground dance company amidst the volatile climate of Iran's 2009 presidential election, when many cultural freedoms were threatened.

Directed by Richard Raymond, the film also stars Freida Pinto, Nazanin Boniadi, Marama Corlett and Tom Cullen. The film begins a limited release in theaters today.

Reviews so far have been mixed with critics appreciating the film's dance sequences and cast, but also lamenting a made-for-cable-TV feeling and tame writing.
