GLOW Season 3 Trailer, Images and Poster

The third season of the comedy series "GLOW" has premiered on August 9, 2019 on Netflix. Created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, the show focuses on a fictionalized version of the Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling (GLOW), the 1980s syndicated women's professional wrestling circuit.

The new season finds the ladies heading to Las Vegas, and adds Geena Davis to the cast. The serie stars Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin, Marc Maron, Britt Baron, Kate Nash and Chris Lowell.

Today we have new trailers for:

• Luc Besson's new action film "Anna" starring Russian supermodel Sasha Luss. Cillian Murphy, Helen Mirren and Luke Evans co-star.
• Netflix's upcoming procedural drama series "Criminal" created, executive produced, and written by writer George Kay ("Killing Eve") and director Jim Field Smith ("The Wrong Mans"). Guest stars include David Tennant, Hayley Atwell, Jeremie Renier and more.
• The "Veronica Mars" eight-episode revival miniseries featuring original cast members Kristen Bell, Enrico Colantoni, Jason Dohring, Francis Capra, Ryan Hansen and Percy Daggs III.
• The upcoming Epix original crime series "Godfather of Harlem" from "Narcos" producers Chris Brancato and Paul Eckstein. The show stars Academy Award-winner Forest Whitaker as legendary Harlem mob boss Bumpy Johnson. Oscar-winning screenwriter John Ridley ("12 Years a Slave") directs the premiere episode.
• The third season of the Hulu period drama series "Harlots" starring Jessica Brown Findlay, Liv Tyler, Samantha Morton and Alfie Allen.
• The third season of Netflix's 1980s wrestling comedy series "GLOW" starring Alison Brie and Betty Gilpin. Geena Davis joins the cast this season.

Writers Guild Awards 2019 Nominees

The Writers Guild of America has announced the nominees for their 2019 awards. The feature film contenders include "A Quiet Place", "Green Book", "Eighth Grade", "Roma", "Vice", "A Star is Born", "Can You Ever Forgive Me ?", "If Beale Street Could Talk" and "Black Panther". In the television categories, we find "The Americans", "The Handmaid's Tale", "Succession", "Atlanta", "GLOW" and "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel".

The winners will be honored at the 2019 Writers Guild Awards on Sunday, February 17th.

The second season of Netflix's comedy series "GLOW" has been released on June 29, 2018. Created by Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, the show is a fictionalized chronicle of the 1980s syndicated women's professional wrestling circuit known as GLOW (Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling).

The cast features Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin, Sydelle Noel, Britney Young, Marc Maron, Kate Nash, Jackie Tohn and Britt Baron. The new season adds Shakira Barrera as Yolanda aka Yo-Yo.

SAG Award 2018 Nominations: Complete List

The awards season kicked off with the Golden Globes nominations, and now it's time for the first of the guilds to make their selections for the best of 2017. The nominations for the 24th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards were announced on Wednesday morning and among the top contenders we have "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" (4 nods) and "Lady Bird" (3 nods) in the film category and "Big Little Lies", "Stranger Things" and "GLOW" (4 nods each) in television.

The 2018 SAG awards will be hosted by Kristen Bell on January 21st, and the show will air live on TNT and TBS at 8 p.m. ET.

GLOW Series Trailers, Featurette, Images and Posters

"GLOW" is a new Netflix dramedy series that focuses on the personal and proffesional lives of a group of women who perform for a wrestling organization in 1980s Los Angeles.

The title GLOW is actually an acronym for Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, a women's proffesional wrestling promotion originally created by David McLane that premiered on television in 1986 and continued in various forms after it stopped airing. The performers were usually actresses, models, dancers and stunt women looking for a job in show business. The show features a fictionalized version of G.L.O.W.

The series was created by Liz Flahive ("Nurse Jackie", producer/writer) and Carly Mensch ("Orange is the New Black", producer/writer) and it stars Alison Brie, Betty Gilpin, Ellen Wong, Sydelle Noel, Britney Young, Britt Baron, Sunita Mani, Marianna Palka, Kia Stevens, Jackie Tohn, Kate Nash and Marc Maron.

The first season of "GLOW" consists of 10 episodes and was released on June 23rd, 2017 via Netflix. The show received positive reviews from critics that praised its writing, cast and production design.
