Weekend Box Office Despicable Me 4

Universal and Illumination's "Despicable Me 4" exploded at the box-office over the 4th of July weekend and replaced "Inside Out 2" as the weekend box-office champion. The slasher horror "MaXXXine" scored a decent debut, but the faith-based drama "Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot" failed to impress.

Maxxxine 2024 Trailers Clips Images Posters Mia Goth

"MaXXXine" is a horror film written, directed, produced and edited by Ti West. The film is the third installment in West's "X" film series. The cast includes Elizabeth Debicki, Moses Sumney, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Halsey, Lily Collins, Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon. The film opened in theaters on July 5, 2024.

Maxxxine Mia Goth Trailer

Today we have new trailers for:
  • Horror master Ti West's "MaXXXine", the final chapter in the filmmaker's "X" trilogy, which includes "X" and "Pearl". Mia Goth reprises the role of Maxine Minx, and she is joined by Elizabeth Debicki, Michelle Monaghan, Bobby Cannavale, Lily Collins, Halsey, Giancarlo Esposito and Kevin Bacon.
  • The adventure comedy "Bookworm" starring Elijah Wood and Nell Fisher ("Evil Dead Rise"). Wood reunites with director Ant Timpson after working together on the 2019 dark satirical crime film "Come to Daddy".
  • The historical drama "Widow Clicquot" based on true story of the Veuve Clicquot champagne family. The film is directed by Thomas Napper ("Jawbone", "The Wheel of Time"), and it stars Haley Bennett, Tom Sturridge, Sam Riley, Anson Boom and Leo Suter.
  • The horror film "The Devil's Bath" from Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala ("Goodnight Mommy", "The Lodge").
  • The Irish horror thriller "Oddity", the winner of the Audience Award in the Midnighter section at this year's South by Southwest Film Festival. Written and directed by Damian McCarthy ("Caveat"), the film stars Carolyn Bracken, Gwilym Lee, Tadhg Murphy, Tadhg Murphy, Caroline Menton and Steve Wall.
  • The darkly comic action thriller "The Killer's Game" starring Dave Bautista, Sofia Boutella, Terry Crews, Scott Adkins, Pom Klementieff and Ben Kingsley. The film is directe by stuntman-turned-director J.J. Perry ("Day Shift").
