"Nuremberg" is a historical psychological thriller written and directed by James Vanderbilt ("Zodiac") based on the 2013 book "The Nazi and the Psychiatrist" by Jack El-Hai. The cast includes Rami Malek, Russell Crowe, Leo Woodall, John Slattery, Mark O'Brien, Colin Hanks, Wrenn Schmidt, Lydia Peckham, Richard E. Grant and Michael Shannon.

The film premiered at the 2025 Toronto International Film Festival, where it received a four-minute standing ovation, one of TIFF's longest standing ovations ever. It opened in theaters on November 7, 2025.

Rami Malek To Star In Thriller AMATEUR for 20th Century

Oscar winner Rami Malek ("Bohemian Rhapsody", "Mr. Robot") is set to star in 20th Century's upcoming thriller "Amateur", which will be directed by James Hawes, best known for the hit Apple series "Slow Horses". The most recent draft of the script is penned by Gary Spinelli.

The story follows a CIA cryptographer who, after his wife is tragically killed in a London terrorist attack, demands his bosses go after them. When it becomes clear they won't act due to conflicting internal priorities, he blackmails the agency into training him and letting him go after them himself.

Hutch Parker and Dan Wilson are producing, with Malek executive producing. The project is still in the early development stages, and no start or release dates have been set.

Malek recently finished filming on Christopher Nolan's "Oppenheimer". He is also set to produce and star in a Buster Keaton biographical limited series for Warner Bros TV.

Rami Malek in Talks to Play Buster Keaton in Limited Series Directed by Matt Reeves

Warner Bros. Television is currently developing a new limited series that chronicles the life of silent film star Buster Keaton. The miniseries will be directed and produced by Matt Reeves ("The Batman"), and Oscar and Emmy winner Rami Malek ("Bohemian Rhapsody", "Mr. Robot") is in talks to play the lead role.

Malek is also producing alongside David Weddle, while three-time Emmy winner Ted Cohen ("Veep", "Succession") is in talks to write and executive produce. Daniel Pipski and Rafi Crohn are on board as executive producers.

A possible source materials for the show is the 2022 biography "Buster Keaton: A Filmmaker's Life" by James Curtis. The studio is currently negotiating the rights for the book.

The yet-untitled series is still in development, and it's expected to be shopped around soon in hopes of finding a streaming or network home.

Reeves is currently working on the HBO's "The Batman" spinoff series "The Penguin" starring Colin Farrell.

Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Benny Safdie Join Christopher Nolan's OPPENHEIMER

Christopher Nolan's World War II drama "Oppenheimer" just added a new batch of big names. Oscar winner Rami Malek ("Bohemian Rhapsody", "No Time to Die"), Oscar nominee Florence Pugh ("Black Widow", "Midsommar") and "Uncut Gems" director Benny Safdie have been added to an already star-studded ensemble that also includes Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt.

The film carries a $100 million budget and will focus on the true story of the development of the atomic bomb. It has been described as an epic thriller that thrusts audiences into the pulse-pounding paradox of the enigmatic man who must risk destroying the world in order to save it.

Nolan will direct from his own script based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel "American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer".

Murphy will play the lead role of the theoretical physicist who helped develop the atomic bomb during World War II, while Blunt is cast as Oppenheimer's wife, Katherine "Kitty" Oppenheimer.

Pugh joins the cast as Jean Tatlock, a Communist Party member who had a love affair with Oppenheimer. Safdie stars as Edward Teller, the Hungarian physicist who is known as the father of the hydrogen bomb and a member of the Manhattan Project. Malek is reportedly playing a scientist.

Damon plays Lt. Gen. Leslie Groves, the director of the Manhattan Project. Downey is playing Lewis Strauss, the infamous chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission who initiated hearings that questioned Oppenheimer's loyalty to the United States and famously had the scientist's security clearance revoked.

"Oppenheimer" will open in theaters on July 21, 2023.

The cast also includes Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Christoph Waltz, Rory Kinnear, Lashana Lynch, Billy Magnussen and Rami Malek.

The film opened in theaters on September 30, 2021 in the U.K., and on October 8th in the U.S.

Taylor Swift Joins David O. Russell's Next Film

Taylor Swift has joined the stellar ensemble cast of David O. Russell's new film, which is being developed at New Regency. The filmmaker, best known for award-winning films like "American Hustle" and "Silver Linings Playbook" is directing from his own script, and it will be his first feature since 2015's "Joy".

The film's title and plot details are being kept under wraps. Production has already been completed, and the film will be released by Disney's 20th Century Studios, although the actual date has not been determined.

The cast includes Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, John David Washington, Rami Malek and Zoe Saldana.

Product Description: Kern County Deputy Sheriff Joe “Deke” Deacon (Washington) is sent to Los Angeles for what should have been a quick evidence‐gathering assignment. "The Little Things" is a neo-noir crime thriller written and directed by John Lee Hancock. The film stars Denzel Washington and Rami Malek as two police officers hot on the trail of a serial killer who is terrorizing Los Angeles in the 1990s. Jared Leto, Chris Bauer, Michael Hyatt and Terry Kinney co-star.

"The Little Things" was released on January 29, 2021 simultaneously in theaters and via HBO Max.

Rami Malek and Zoe Saldana to Star in David O. Russell’s Next Movie

Academy Award winner Rami Malek ("Bohemian Rhapsody") and Zoe Saldana ("Guardians of the Galaxy") have joined the ensemble cast of David O. Russell's new untitled New Regency film. The film is based on an original idea from Russell, but plot details are still being kept under wraps.

The incredible cast also includes Christian Bale, Margot Robbie, Robert De Niro, Mike Myers, Timothy Olyphant, Michael Shannon, Chris Rock, Anya Taylor-Joy, Andrea Riseborough, Matthias Schoenaerts, Alessandro Nivola and John David Washington.

Filming is currently underway in Califonia. New Regency's Arnon Milchan will produce alongside Matthew Budman and Anthony Katagas. New Regency will distribute through their deal with 20th Century Studios.

Malek can next be seen as the villain the upcoming James Bond film "No Time To Die", and opposite Denzel Washington in the drama "The Little Things".

Saldana will next be seen in the "Avatar" sequel and the new installment of Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy". She also joined Netflix's "The Adam Project" in which she stars alongside Jennifer Garner and Ryan Reynolds.
