Weekend Box-Office: ALLEGIANT Makes Disappointing Debut

"Zootopia" still has no rival at the box-office as "The Divergent Series: Allegiant" underperformed in its opening weekend. Meanwhile, Christian drama "Miracles from Heaven" made a solid debut.

This week in theaters, fans of the "Divergent" franchise can join Shailene Woodley on a new adventure in "Allegiant", although the film has received some pretty bad reviews. If sci-fi isn't your thing, the other new wide release of the week is the faith-based drama "Miracles From Heaven" starring Jennifer Garner. That one has some better reviews. In limited release, your choice lies between either the highly acclaimed sci-fi thriller "Midnight Special", or the pretty lousy R-rated comedy "The Bronze". More about each movie after the jump.

MIRACLES FROM HEAVEN (2016) - Trailer, Clips, Images and Poster

Today we have the official trailer, seven clips, twenty-four images and a poster for the faith-based drama "Miracles from Heaven" which opens today in theaters.

Based on a true story, the film centers on 10-year-old Anna (Kylie Rogers), daughter of Christy Beam (Jennifer Garner), who is miraculously cured of a rare digestive disorder after surviving a terrible accident. Directed by Patricia Riggen, the film also stars Martin Henderson, Queen Latifah, Eugenio Derbez and Brighton Sharbino.
