Today we have new trailers for:

• The live-action video game adaptation "Borderlands" starring Cate Blanchett, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, Edgar Ramirez, Ariana Greenblatt, Florian Munteanu, Gina Gershon and Jamie Lee Curtis. The film is directed by Eli Roth ("Thanksgiving", "Hostel").
• "Call Me by Your Name" and "Bones and All" filmmaker Luca Guadagnino's new movie "Challengers", a romantic sports drama starring Zendaya, Josh O'Connor and Mike Faist.
• The indie drama "Daddio" starring Dakota Johnson and Sean Penn. The film marks the directorial debut of filmmaker Christy Hall, co-creator of the coming-of-age series "I Am Not Okay with This".
• The drama "A Bit of Light" starring Anna Paquin. The film is directed by Paquin's real-life husband, actor Stephen Moyer and Ray Winstone. ("True Blood").

TRUE SPIRIT (2023) - Trailer, Images and Poster

"True Spirit" is a biographical drama directed by Sarah Spillane ("Around the Block") from a script co-written by Spillane alongside Rebecca Banner ("Space Oditty") and Cathy Randall ("Return to Nim's Island"). The cast includes Teagan Croft, Cliff Curtis, Anna Paquin, Bridget Webb, Vivien Turner and Stacy Clausen. The film premiered on February 2, 2023 on Netflix.

A FRIEND OF THE FAMILY Miniseries Trailers, Images and Poster

"A Friend of the Family" is a drama miniseries created by Nick Antosca ("The Act", "Channel Zero"), which is based on a true story previously explored in the 2017 documentary "Abducted in Plain Sight". The cast features Jake Lacy, Anna Paquin, Colin Hanks, Lio Tipton, Hendrix yancey and Mckenna Grace. The series premiered on October 6, 2022 on Peacock.

The second season of the drama series "Flack" was set to premiere on March 13, 2020 on Pop, but was removed from the schedule after cutbacks by parent company ViacomCBS. Created and written by Oliver Lansley, the six-episode series stars Anna Paquin as an American PR executive living in London, who struggles to make the best of bad situations and somehow manage to get out unscathed. The fifth and final season of the drama series "The Affair" has premiered on August 25, 2019 on Showtime. The final season partly takes place 20-30 years after the events of season four and Anna Paquin joins the cast as Alison and Cole's grown-up daughter Joanie Lockhart. Created by Hagai Levi and Sarah Treem, the series stars Dominic West, Maura Tierney, Julia Goldani Telles, Omar Metwally and Sanaa Lathan.

"Flack" is a new dramedy series created by Oliver Lansley that stars Anna Paquin as a London-based American PR executive who is adept at keeping her client's lives appearing in perfect order, while her own falls to pieces. The cast also includes Sophie Okonedo, Genevieve Angelson, Lydia Wilson, Rebecca Benson, Arinze Kene, Marc Warren and Rufus Jones.

"Flack" will consist of six one hour long episodes and will premiere on February 21, 2019 on POP at 10p.

The Canadian crime drama series "Bellevue" stars Anna Paquin as a detective who investigates the disappearance of a transgender high school hockey star (Sadie O'Neil) in the small town of Bellevue. The disappearance may be related to a murder in the same small town 20 years ago. Meanwhile she also has to deal with her on-and-off again relationship with her boyfriend (Allen Leech), her boss Police Chief Peter Welland (Shawn Doyle) and a mysterious person from her past.

The series was created by Jane Maggs and Adrienne Mitchell and also stars Billy MacLellan, Sharon Taylor, Patrick Labbe, Vincent Leclerc, Janine Theriault, Victoria Sanchez and Madison Ferguson.

"Bellevue" premieres tonight, January 23, 2018, on WGN at 10p.

ALIAS GRACE Trailers, Featurettes, Images and Poster

The period drama "Alias Grace" is a six-part miniseries based on the 1996 novel of the same name written by Margaret Atwood. The series is directed by Mary Harron ("American Psycho") from a script written by Sarah Polley ("Take This Waltz") and it tells the true story of Grace Marks (Sarah Gadon), an Irish immigrant servant in Canada, who was (perhaps wrongly) convicted in 1843 of murdering her employer (Paul Gross) and the housekeeper (Anna Paquin) with the help of a stable hand (Kerr Logan).

The cast also includes Zacahary Levi, David Cronenberg, Edward Holcroft and Rebecca Liddiard.

"Alias Grace" premiered on November 3rd, 2017 via Netflix and received mostly positive reviews from critics.

8 New THE GOOD DINOSAUR Clips

Pixar has released eight clips for their new animated feature "The Good Dinosaur" which is now in theaters. Reviews for the film have been generally good, but many critics have noticed that the usual Pixar narrative standards are lacking here, leaving only the spectacular animation to carry the film. To sum it up, the general consensus is that it's good, but not great.

The voice cast features Raymond Ochoa, Jeffrey Wright, Steve Zahn, A.J. Buckley, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliott, Frances McDormand, Marcus Scribner and Jack Bright.

A new trailer, images and posters for Pixar's "The Good Dinosaur" have been released online. The film tells the story of an Apatosaurus named Arlo that becomes friends with a human boy in a time when dinosaurs still roam the Earth. The film features the voices of Raymond Ochoa, Jeffrey Wright, Steve Zahn, A.J. Buckley, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliott, Frances McDormand, Marcus Scribner and Jack Bright.

"The Good Dinosaur" opens in theaters on November 25th.
