Fahadh Faasil To Lead Two Malayalam Language Feature Films For Indias Panorama Studios

Actor Fahadh Faasil ("Pushpa", "Kumbalangi Nights", "Aavesham") has signed on to star in two Malayalam-language feature films produced by Panorama Studios in partnership with producer Jacob K. Babu of Maxlab Cinemas & Entertainments. Both projects are in development are expected to be released in theaters in 2027. Titles and plot details are being kept under wraps. No directors have been attached at this point, and the broader creative teams are still being put together.

Jacob Babu, who operates across production, distribution and exhibition in the Malayalam film industry, is co-producing alongside Panorama's Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak. Panorama Studios has been active in the Malayalam market with projects including "Anomie", "Tikitaka" and "Unmadham". Their wider slate includes the "Drishyam" and "Raid" franchises, "Pyaar Ka Punchnama" and "Shaitaan".

Faasil said the following in a statement: "What attracted me to these films was the strength of the stories and the vision behind them. I have always enjoyed being part of projects that challenge me as an actor and offer something fresh to audiences. My conversations with Jacob and the team at Panorama Studios have been incredibly inspiring, and I am excited about the journey ahead.
