"Dexter: Resurrection" is a crime drama series created by Clyde Phillips as a sequel series to "Dexter" and "Dexter: New Blood". Michael C. Hall reprises his iconic titular role as the show picks up a few weeks after the events of "New Blood".

The cast also includes Jack Alcott, Uma Thurman, Peter Dinklage, Krysten Ritter, Neil Patrick Harris, Eric Stonestreet, David Dastmalchian, David Zayas, Desmond Harrington, James Remar, John Lithgow and Jimmy Smits. The series premiered its first two episodes on Paramount+ with Showtime on July 11, 2025, and will make its cable debut on Showtime on July 13th.

THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS 2 Trailers, TV Spots, Clips, Featurettes, Images and Posters

The animated film "The Secret Life of Pets 2" is a sequel to Illumination's "The Secret Life of Pets", which was released in 2016. The new installment is directed by Chris Renaud ("Despicable Me") and Jonathan del Val. The latter is an animation director at Illumination and this marks his directorial debut.

The film continues the adventures of Max (Patton Oswalt replacing Louis C.K.) and his pet friends, who live secret lives after their owners leave them for work or school each day. The voice cast also features Eric Stonestreet, Kevin Hart, Jenny Slate, Ellie Kemper, Tiffany Haddish, Lake Bell, Nick Kroll, Dana Carvey, Hannibal Buress, Bobby Moynihan, and Harrison Ford.

"The Secret Life of Pets 2" opened in theaters on June 7, 2019 and received mixed reviews from the critics.

The thriller "The Loft" opens today in theaters, after a delay of more than two years, and we have two clips and four TV Spots. The film tells the story of five friends who share a penthouse loft in the city where they carry out their deepest fantasies, until one of their fantasies becomes their worst nightmare. The cast features Karl Urban, James Marsden, Wentworth Miller, Eric Stonestreet, Matthias Schoenaerts, Isabel Lucas, Rhona Mitra and Rachael Taylor.

THE LOFT Trailer, Images and Posters

A new trailer, six images and two posters have been released for the thriller "The Loft". The film is a remake of the 2008 Belgian film "Loft" which was also remade in 2010 by Antoinette Beumer. This would be the US attempt at remaking the film and it's directed by Erik Van Looy, who also helmed the original film. But, there were some issues with this remake since it's been delayed for over two years. Now it will finally be released by Open Road Films after being acquired from Universal.

The story follows five married guys, played by Karl Urban, James Marsden, Wentworth Miller, Eric Stonestreet and Matthias Shoenaerts, who conspire to secretly share a penthouse loft in the city where they can carry out hidden affairs and indulge in their deepest fantasies. Their friendship is put to the test when they discover the dead body of an unknown woman in the loft, and they realize one of the group must be involved. Isabel Lucas, Rhona Mitra and Rachael Taylor co-star.

"The Loft" opens in theaters on January 30th.

2012 Emmy Awards Winners: HOMELAND, MODERN FAMILY and GAME CHANGE Win Big

The winners of the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards have been announced and the big winners are "Homeland" (6 wins out of 9 nominations) and "Modern Family" (5 wins out of 14 nominations). The latter has won the award for Outstanding Comedy Series for a third consecutive year. "Homeland" was something of a surprise hit, bringing home the awards for Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series, Lead Actor (Damian Lewis), Lead Actress (Claire Danes) and Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series (for the Pilot episode). Add the two Golden Globes that the series won at the beginning of this year and the expectations for the upcoming season have just blown the roof off.

On the other hand, "Modern Family" was something of a sure thing. The comedy series won, besides the Best Series award, Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series, Supporting Actor (Eric Stonestreet) and Supporting Actress (Julie Bowen). For Stonestreet and Bowen this is their second win in the supporting category.

Other Emmy winners include Julia Louis-Dreyfus for "Veep", Jon Cryer for "Two and a Half Men", Aaron Paul for "Breaking Bad", Maggie Smith for "Downton Abbey" and Jessica Lange for her insanely delicious/creepy supporting turn in "American Horror Story".

In the miniseries category, the HBO political drama "Game Change" won 5 major awards, including the awards for Outstanding Miniseries, Directing (Jay Roach), Writing and Lead Actress (Julianne Moore). Tied with "Game Change", but lacking in major awards, is "Hatfields & McCoys", which took home 3 technical awards (Editing, Makeup and Sound Mixing) as well as Outstanding Lead Actor (Kevin Costner) and Supporting Actor (Tom Berenger).
