Charlie Hunnam and the SONS OF ANARCHY Cast Reunite for FX Limited Series LEGENDS

The cast of the iconic FX series "Sons of Anarchy" are getting back together one more time, this time for a "Galaxy Quest" type of meta limited series titled "Legends". The cast includes Charlie Hunnam (Jax), Ron Perlman (Clay), Katey Sagal (Gemma), Maggie Siff (Tara), Mark Boone Junior (Bobby), Tommy Flanagan (Chibs), Kim Coates (Tig), and Theo Rossi (Juice). The show is developed and executive produced by Hunnam and Jonathan Groff ("Frozen", "Mindhunter").

Here is the show's official synopsis: "When the cast of “Sons of Anarchy” reunites at a fan convention after more than a decade, the line between life and art blurs as the fractured brotherhood finds itself up against a real-world threat more dangerous than anything they ever faced in their show".

Rob Mac, Nicholas Frenkel, and Jackie Cohn also executive produce. FX Productions and 20th Television produce. The limited series will air on FX and stream on Hulu. No premiere date has been announced yet.

Here is what Nick Grad, FX Entertainment president had to say about the project: "When Charlie brought us this inspired idea, we instantly sparked to his bold and entertaining vision. Charlie’s talents are on full display as a writer, performer and executive producer, leading the real-life brotherhood on an adventure that is both a love letter to the series and a fun meta twist on what fans think they know".

"Sons of Anarchy" was created by Kurt Sutter and it premiered in 2008, airing for 7 seasons and 92 episodes. Sutter is not nvolved in the project, though he gave Hunnam his blessing.
