Callum Turner (
"Masters of the Air") are set to star in the upcoming comedy
"One Night Only" directed by
Will Gluck (
"Anyone But You"). The Universal Pictures flick is based on Gluck's rewrite of a Black List script by
Travis Braun which topped 2024 list of promising unproduced scripts.
The plot is said to follow two strangers who scramble to find someone to sleep with on the one night of the year when premarital sex is legal. The release date is set for August 7, 2026.
Gluck will produce through Olive Bridge Entertainment.
Jacqueline Monetta, VP of Olive Bridge Entertainment, will oversee and produce with Gluck. Senior EVP Production Development

Jacqueline Garell will oversee the project for Universal.
Barbaro is currently in production on
Luca Guadagnino's Artificial, which also stars

Andrew Garfield, and is also set to star in
Bart Layton's
"Crime 101" opposite
Mark Ruffalo, Halle Berry and
Chris Hemsworth. She will make her stage debut at London's National Theatre in a revival of
Pierre Choderlos de Laclos'
"Les Liasons Dangereuses" opposite
Lesley Manville.
Turner recently finished work on the sci-fi series
"Neuromancer", and can next be seen in the mystery drama
"Rose of Nevada" alongside
George MacKay. He also stars in A24's romantic comedy
"Eternity" opposite
Elizabeth Olsen and
Miles Teller, as well as the thriller
"Rosebush Prunning" co-starring
Jamie Bell, Riley Keough, Elle Fanning and
Pamela Anderson.
